House Rules & Reminders

  • Check-in 2:00 PM, check-out 12:00 NN. Extension PHP 200/hour, subject to availability.
  • Please inform us ahead of time for late check-ins.
  • All guests must present a valid ID. No unregistered guests allowed.
  • Maximum 4 guests.
  • No smoking inside the unit.
  • No pets.
  • No musical instruments or portable audio speakers (guitars, OF speakers, etc.).
  • Swimming pool hours 6 AM to 9 PM. Pool closed Mondays for maintenance.
  • Children must not play in hallways, stairs, or near windows. Management is not responsible for unattended children.
  • A fee of PHP 500 and up applies for any stains on the bedding.
  • Management is not liable for death, personal injury, or loss or damage to guest property.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
  • No-show after 6:00 PM on the reservation date cancels the booking and forfeits the payment.
  • For late check-ins, please notify us in advance to avoid cancellation.
